Delhi Weather Update: Humid Conditions with Possible Rain

On Friday morning, Delhi experienced overcast skies accompanied by humid weather. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted light rain and possible thundershowers throughout the day.
The Safdarjung Observatory recorded a minimum temperature of 28 degrees Celsius, with the maximum expected to hover around 36 degrees Celsius. According to the IMD bulletin, the relative humidity at 8:30 AM was noted at 72 percent.
The IMD anticipates continued cloud cover and sporadic rain during the day. Meanwhile, the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) reported that Delhi's Air Quality Index (AQI) stands at 128, which falls within the satisfactory range.
As per CPCB guidelines, an AQI between 0 to 50 is considered 'good', 51 to 100 is 'satisfactory', 101 to 200 is 'moderate', 201 to 300 is 'poor', 301 to 400 is 'very poor', and 401 to 500 is classified as 'severe'.
