This development indicates favorable conditions for the Southwest monsoon to advance over the remaining areas of North Arabian Sea, parts of Rajasthan, Punjab, some regions of Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, and the rest of West Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu in the next two days. A yellow alert for rain and thunderstorms has been issued until June 26.
