Delhi's Sindoor Army Blood Donation Campaign
The capital city of Delhi recently launched the second year of the 'Sindoor Army Mega Blood Donation Campaign.' The event featured Defence Minister Rajnath Singh as the chief guest, who emphasized the importance of blood donation as a significant responsibility of citizens towards the nation's soldiers. He remarked that Operation Sindoor showcased India's strength and valor to the world, while this blood donation initiative symbolizes the compassion and sensitivity of the country.
A Unique Blend of Valor and Compassion
Rajnath Singh highlighted that Operation Sindoor represented the bravery of the armed forces, whereas the blood donation campaign is a manifestation of compassion. He stated that just as soldiers risk their lives to protect the nation at the borders, ordinary citizens can also assist injured soldiers by donating blood. He further noted that during that operation, the military ensured the safety of Indian citizens by crossing borders, and today, we pledge that no injured soldier will suffer due to a lack of blood. This spirit embodies India's true strength.

The Defence Minister mentioned that during Operation Sindoor, India sent a firm message to those who attempted to harm innocent citizens. At that time, our armed forces demonstrated immense courage and bravery. Now is the time for citizens to fulfill their duty by donating blood in support of our brave soldiers.
