In a vibrant celebration of International Anti-Tobacco Day, DAV Public School in Gohju organized a variety of activities aimed at educating students about the dangers associated with tobacco use.
Students participated enthusiastically in a poster-making contest centered around the theme “Tobacco is Dangerous for Health,” crafting powerful visuals that advocated for a tobacco-free lifestyle. Additionally, a role play was performed, illustrating how peer pressure and negative influences can lead young people to develop harmful habits, while highlighting the significance of making wise choices.
Principal Mr. Vishal Katoch commended the students for their creativity and dedication, encouraging them to promote awareness within the community. He emphasized the importance of avoiding harmful substances and contributing to the creation of a healthier and more responsible society.
The event concluded with a collective commitment to “Say No to Tobacco”, aiming for a healthier future for everyone.
