In a successful anti-drug operation, Dalhousie Police apprehended a suspect yesterday near the MES Pipeline road at Gandhi Chowk while conducting routine patrols.

Upon noticing the police vehicle, the individual exhibited signs of anxiety and attempted to escape. The police acted quickly, pursuing and capturing him within a distance of 20 to 25 steps.

The suspect has been identified as:

  • Vikram, son of Sukhdev Singh, a 36-year-old resident of Nichi Mangli village, Post Ramgarh, Tehsil Saniyawalan, District Ludhiana, Punjab.
