Digboi, April 28: In a notable turn of events, the Digboi Police have successfully apprehended two suspects involved in the murder case from Powai, a development that has brought some relief to the community shaken by the incident.
The individuals, identified as Sunil Singh (44) and Vikas Singh (38), both hailing from Pawai Centre, were located and arrested near the Assam-Arunachal Pradesh border, where they had been hiding to avoid capture.

The case is officially recorded at the Digboi Police Station (30/2026) under Sections 61(2)/103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
