The Horrific Incident Unfolds
On April 25, 2009, at 6 AM, in the village of Gaura, located in the Mohanlalganj tehsil of Lucknow district, Uttar Pradesh, a tragic event began to unfold. In a modest mud house, a woman named Santoshi was busy chopping vegetables while her three children—six-year-old Ramroop, four-year-old Sumiran, and one-and-a-half-year-old Ravi—were asleep on a cot.
