The assault took place near Pari Chowk on August 4. The victim stated in her report that the two men threatened her with death if she resisted their advances. After the attack, they left her near Kashmere Gate in Delhi.
Arrests Made
The suspects, identified as Kuldeep (the driver) and Sandeep (the conductor), were arrested the same day from a parking area in Timarpur.

During a heavy downpour and in the dark, she mistakenly disembarked at Pari Chowk. Realizing her error, she sought another mode of transport and boarded the sleeper bus, which was empty at the time.
