Patna, June 16: On Tuesday, the Patna Civil Court declined to provide immediate relief to the two security personnel working for Faisal Khan, commonly referred to as Khan Sir.

The court session addressed the case concerning a disturbance, assault, and shooting incident associated with Khan Global Studies located in Musallahpur Hat, Patna.

During the hearing, the court instructed the police to present an updated case diary along with necessary documents pertinent to the investigation.

The next court session is set for June 20.

Additionally, a separate hearing involving Faisal Khan is anticipated on the same date, as he currently enjoys interim protection from arrest related to the ongoing investigation.

Reports indicate that associates of Roshan Anand are also preparing to file bail petitions regarding the matter.

The situation escalated when Roshan Anand, recently released on bail, publicly accused Faisal Khan and a cold storage owner of plotting to murder his brother, Prince Yadav.

Prince Yadav's death occurred under suspicious circumstances in a hotel room in Biratnagar, prompting an investigation by Nepal Police.

According to reports, Prince Yadav’s last rites were conducted late Monday night in his hometown of Saharsa, attended by numerous local residents and supporters.

Family members continue to seek justice for Prince Yadav.

His parents are reportedly devastated by his passing and are receiving medical treatment.

In the meantime, Nepalese authorities have detained five of Prince Yadav’s associates for questioning as part of the investigation into his suspicious death.

It has also been reported that investigators from Patna Police may travel to assist in the inquiry and coordinate with individuals connected to the case.

The controversy has taken on a political aspect as well.

Opposition Leader Tejashwi Yadav has called for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry into Prince Yadav's death.

He has reached out to Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, advocating for a CBI investigation, citing the need for a thorough and unbiased examination of the circumstances surrounding the death.
