Details of the Case

The deceased has been identified as Kasni Bai Gurjar, aged between 40 and 45, from Panotia village. According to her family, she was admitted for surgery on Tuesday morning, with the procedure taking place later that evening.


Family members claim that after the operation, the woman complained of chest pain late at night. Her condition worsened by Wednesday morning, prompting the hospital to refer her to Udaipur. However, they allege that she passed away en route, suggesting that the hospital was attempting to cover up its negligence.
