In Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, a woman became a mother two years after her marriage. However, her husband refused to name the child and raised questions about her character. He claimed that the child could not be his, stating that they did not even celebrate their wedding night. The woman has strongly denied these allegations, asserting that they are unfounded. This incident took place in the Izzatnagar police station area of Premnagar.

The victim explained that her husband is attempting to tarnish her reputation. She believes that her in-laws have been trying to defame her since they were dissatisfied with the dowry. Now, they are refusing to accept the child. Frustrated by her husband's accusations, she has filed a case against him.

The woman, who resides in Premnagar, was married to a man from the Izzatnagar area. Allegations state that her husband did not celebrate their wedding night for two days after the marriage. Following this, her in-laws began to harass her for dowry. After informing her mother-in-law about the lack of a wedding night, her husband finally celebrated it two days later. According to her complaint, her husband was disowned by his family over property disputes and began living with her in a rented house, where he frequently returned home drunk and would physically abuse her, demanding dowry from her family. After she gave birth, he started questioning her fidelity, claiming the child was not his.

One day, the accused abruptly left her in their rented home and returned to live with his family. The victim attempted to resolve the issue through discussions, but her in-laws remained obstinate, continuing to question her character. Consequently, she decided to file a complaint at the Izzatnagar police station.
