On Thursday, the District Training Camps in Delhi attracted a vibrant crowd as part of the ongoing Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan, aimed at bolstering the Congress party's presence at the grassroots level. Sessions took place in Kirari, Krishna Nagar, and Karawal Nagar.

This initiative, guided by Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, seeks to provide Congress members with the necessary ideological and organizational skills to counter what the party describes as the 'divisive and destructive policies' of the BJP government.

Under the leadership of Devender Yadav, president of the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC), the camps saw participation from district and block leaders, office bearers, and local activists. The training commenced with a flag hoisting ceremony followed by the national anthem, fostering a spirit of unity and discipline.

During the event, Yadav emphasized that these training camps are revitalizing party members and equipping them to effectively challenge the BJP’s narrative. He noted, 'The strong turnout and dedication of our district and mandalam presidents signify the Congress party's resurgence at the grassroots. These camps are cultivating a robust and confident cadre ready to face any challenge.'

Yadav highlighted the necessity of exposing what he termed the BJP's anti-people policies, accusing the ruling party of fostering societal polarization through hate and division. 'Congress workers must tackle this strategy directly and convey our legacy of inclusive governance, development, and welfare to the public across all platforms—from grassroots campaigns to social media,' he stated.

Addressing the BJP's call for a 'Congress-free India,' Yadav asserted that the Congress will resist such efforts. 'With increasing public support, Congress will not permit communal forces to undermine democracy and the Constitution. We are gearing up to displace the BJP in 2029,' he declared.
