Deepak Bhardwaj, a member of the Railway Advisory Committee and Congress leader, recently visited Neeti Mahajan, the newly appointed Pradhan of Nurpur, to offer his congratulations and best wishes on her new role.
During his visit to his hometown, Bhardwaj commended Mahajan for her swift actions in her new position, noting several initiatives she has implemented within her first two months in office. These initiatives include:
- Introducing trolleys at garbage collection points to enhance waste management.
- Improving lighting along Temple Road for the benefit of both residents and visitors.
- Tackling the issue of stray animals, enhancing sanitation systems, and installing high-mast lights in critical areas.
Bhardwaj praised Mahajan’s proactive leadership, highlighting the Mahajan family's longstanding involvement in social and religious events, such as Janmashtami, Holi, and Dussehra, which have garnered them recognition throughout the district and state.
He concluded by stating that leaders like Neeti Mahajan are invaluable to society, and her leadership is expected to propel Nurpur's development forward.
