Concerns Over Air India's Management

On Friday, Congress leader Manish Tewari urged the government to reclaim Air India from the Tata Group. He expressed concerns that the Tata Group has led the airline to ruin, labeling the privatization of what was once a national airline as a tragedy.

Tewari, a Member of Parliament from Chandigarh, took to social media platform 'X' to voice his allegations, stating that individuals involved in tea cultivation and automobile manufacturing are now managing Air India. He insisted, "The Indian government should take back Air India from Tata companies. They have destroyed the airline." No immediate response has been received from either the Tata Group or Air India regarding these claims. He further noted, "Flights have been canceled without reason, and there have been significant delays in services."
