Farmers' Rally Organized by Congress in Bhopal

The Congress party hosted a significant 'Farmers' Mahachaupal' in Bhopal on Tuesday to protest against the US trade agreement. Senior leaders Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge addressed the gathering. During his speech, Rahul Gandhi sharply criticized the central government led by Narendra Modi. He pointed out that for the first time in history, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha was not allowed to speak. As soon as he began his address, he was interrupted.

Rahul Gandhi claimed that former Army Chief General MM Naravane (Retd) wrote in his book that when Chinese tanks were encroaching on Indian territory, he called Rajnath Singh for orders but received no response. He also mentioned that Ajit Doval and S. Jaishankar did not reply either. Gandhi stated that while the Prime Minister makes decisions regarding war, he was absent during this critical moment, hiding in his room and telling the Army Chief to act as he saw fit. The Army Chief noted that on that day, the Indian government left him alone.

Gandhi further explained that the trade agreement with the US was stalled for five months due to its inclusion of agricultural products, which farmers, laborers, and even the government opposed. After leaving Parliament in the evening, Modi called Trump, falsely claiming that Congress women MPs were attacking, while he was actually ready to negotiate.

The Congress leader highlighted that millions of files related to Epstein are pending in the US, containing videos and messages that have not been released. He questioned whether Prime Minister Modi should clarify his ties with Anil Ambani, emphasizing that Adani is not a small company but a part of the BJP's financial structure, facing criminal charges in the US. He asserted that Modi was the target in ongoing US cases, not Adani, and these were the reasons Modi resigned from Parliament. He accused Modi of selling out the country by agreeing to the trade deal.

Rahul boldly challenged Prime Minister Modi from the stage, stating that since the US Supreme Court has ruled on the agreement, he should cancel it. He alleged that Modi has handed over the country's data to the US. He encouraged his young Congress workers, declaring they are lions who should not fear Modi. He urged the youth of the nation to look into Modi's eyes during his speeches, claiming they would see fear reflected there.
