In a related development, BJP National President Nitin Nabin held a meeting with West Bengal MPs at the residence of Union Minister Sukanta Majumdar in New Delhi on Tuesday to address their concerns. This strategic gathering took place ahead of the assembly elections, where BJP MP Raju Bista reported that Nitin Nabin provided guidance and discussed various issues raised by the MPs. Bista mentioned that all West Bengal MPs, including those from the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, participated in this meeting, which lasted over two hours. It was an organizational meeting, marking their first interaction with the national president, allowing them to share their suggestions and concerns. Bista emphasized that this familial atmosphere distinguishes the BJP from other parties, as all MPs presented their issues. The BJP is preparing for a high-stakes electoral battle against the ruling TMC.
