Critics have pointed out inconsistencies in the American flag design shown on the smartphone. While the flag traditionally has 13 stripes representing the original colonies, one segment of the video displayed only 11 stripes, while another showed just nine. Updated preorder terms, as reported by a financial publication, indicate that the company "does not guarantee that a Device will be produced or made available for purchase." Last year, Donald Trump Jr. commented on the perceived "lackluster performance" in the mobile phone sector, asserting that Trump Mobile aims to provide customers with "a higher package of products." Recently, the company's social media platforms have increasingly emphasized its wireless service plans, which start at $47.45 per month — a nod to Donald Trump's tenure as the 45th and 47th president of the United States. A recent post encouraged users to "Switch now, keep your phone and experience the upgrade," suggesting that customers could utilize the company's network service without necessarily purchasing the T1 smartphone. To date, there have been no confirmed reports of customers receiving their devices.
