President Trump Caught Napping During Event

New concerns regarding President Trump's health surfaced on Monday when videos emerged showing him seemingly dozing off during a maternal healthcare event held in the Oval Office. The gathering, which focused on women's health and motherhood initiatives, featured several officials speaking behind Trump while cameras were rolling. As Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. addressed the audience, the 79-year-old president appeared to briefly nod off before abruptly waking up.

The footage quickly gained traction on social media, leading to the trending of the term “Sleepy Don” on X, as users speculated whether the president had indeed fallen asleep during the live event. Reports indicated that Kennedy was discussing a so-called “fertility crisis” when Trump appeared to zone out while seated among reporters and administration officials, including Senator Katie Britt, Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, and Dr. Mehmet Oz.

The White House firmly rejected claims that Trump had dozed off. In response to the online backlash, a spokesperson highlighted a statement on X that read: “He was blinking, you absolute moron.”

This incident has intensified scrutiny regarding Trump's sleep habits and overall health. Recent reports have drawn attention to his peculiar late-night social media activity, and several videos from the past weeks have shown him appearing drowsy during public events. Just last week, Trump was observed looking heavy-eyed during a proclamation signing ceremony in the Oval Office aimed at reinstating the Presidential Fitness Test in schools.

Following the viral moment on Monday, Trump resumed his remarks, engaging in a broad discussion that included topics such as medication costs, autism, and tensions with Iran. He expressed concerns about the ceasefire agreement with Iran, stating it was on “life support.” “It’s unbelievably weak,” he remarked about the agreement that commenced on April 8. Trump also addressed autism rates, claiming, “Every person is gonna have autism,” before questioning, “What is this thing that’s happening?” Despite the renewed speculation online, the White House continues to assert that Trump is healthy and fully capable of fulfilling his presidential responsibilities.
