In a pivotal move to enhance the judicial framework in the region, the land transfer for the upcoming judicial complex at Kangnidhhar has been successfully finalized.
The District Bar Association in Mandi has expressed its approval of this long-anticipated development. Dinesh Saklani, the President of the Bar Association, announced that 9.6 hectares (approximately 120 bighas) of land has been officially allocated to the Judicial Department for the establishment of the new complex.
This new judicial facility is set to include appellate courts, subordinate courts, additional courts, a juvenile court, an archives section, and an auditorium.
Saklani noted that with the land now secured, construction efforts are expected to accelerate. Upon completion, the judicial complex will significantly enhance accessibility for the public regarding legal and court-related issues.
He further mentioned that lawyers and other individuals involved in the judicial process will also benefit from the improved amenities available in one centralized location.
The Bar Association hailed this initiative as a crucial step towards upgrading judicial services and infrastructure within Mandi district.
