In an initiative under the Good Governance Week, a dedicated camp was held in Sanchui Panchayat, part of the Bharmaur subdivision, as a segment of the Administration Towards Villages campaign. The event was presided over by Keshav Ram Kohli, the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) of Bharmaur.
During this camp, the ADM highlighted the administration's commitment to engaging with villagers to hear their concerns and address them swiftly. Numerous complaint letters were submitted, with many being resolved immediately. Officials were urged to prioritize citizens' issues and ensure timely resolutions.
The ADM pointed out that most complaints were related to road conditions and water supply, and he has already directed relevant departments to take action. He emphasized the administration's dedication to resolving issues directly at the community level, fostering public cooperation and service. Additionally, he mentioned that the government is making earnest efforts to implement welfare initiatives effectively for the benefit of the citizens.
Representatives from the Animal Husbandry Department also took the opportunity to inform the villagers about various government welfare schemes available to them.
The camp was attended by officials from various departments, elected members of the Gram Panchayat Sanchui, and a significant number of local residents.
