The police reported that the suspect's disgusting plan was to make himself so filthy and odorous that officers would recoil in disgust, allowing him to escape. He had previously attempted this bizarre method in court on multiple occasions.

The suspect, identified as Deepak, has a long history of criminal activity. North DCP Raja Banthia humorously recounted how Deepak has been involved in over half a dozen cases. He noted that whenever apprehended, Deepak would immediately activate his "Gandgi Plan" to escape, leaving the police in a challenging situation.
