As per the news agency, this clandestine training initiative was part of a military agreement between Russia and China, signed in Beijing on July 2, 2025. The arrangement involved Russian troops receiving specialized military instruction at facilities located in Beijing and Nanjing. In exchange, Chinese military personnel were expected to receive training in Russia.
The training reportedly concentrated on modern warfare strategies, which included:
