Reports indicate that Hinchcliffe turned down a $1 million offer to perform at the event. Later in the show, he retaliated by calling Handler a "cold frigid b---h." Hinchcliffe has faced backlash in recent years for comments made during a Trump rally at Madison Square Garden in 2024, where he referred to Puerto Rico as a "floating island of garbage" and made a sexual slur against Latino immigrants.
