Gaggal (Kangra) – The Himachal Pradesh government has appointed Chaudhary Narendra Nishu Mongra as the Chairman of the 20-Point Programme for the Kangra Assembly constituency. This announcement has generated excitement throughout the Kangra district. In response to his new role, Mongra expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu for the confidence shown in him.

Mongra has previously held significant positions, including District and State President of the Congress OBC Department under APMC. During his remarks, he emphasized that this role is not just a title but a commitment to ensure that the government’s welfare initiatives reach every individual in need. He assured that all aspects of the programme—including poverty alleviation, farmer support, healthcare, education, and social security—will be executed fairly and promptly.

He also expressed deep appreciation for the constituents and dedicated party members, crediting their support and encouragement as vital to his progress. “With your ongoing guidance and collaboration, I am optimistic that we will write a new chapter of development together,” he stated.
