Chamba District Unveils Schedule for 'Administration Towards Village' Initiatives

In celebration of Good Governance Week, the district administration has announced the timetable for the “Administration Towards Village” programs throughout Chamba district.
Assistant Commissioner Aparajita Chandel stated that this initiative is focused on delivering prompt, straightforward, and effective resolutions to public concerns while enhancing awareness of various government schemes and policies.
Program Schedule
- December 21 – Community Hall, Salooni
- December 22 – Bathri, Bairagarh, PWD Rest House Sihunta, and Bharmour
- December 23 – Gram Panchayat Gagar (Bhatiyat Assembly Constituency) and PWD Rest House Kakira
- December 23 – A special workshop on good governance topics at the district headquarters, Chamba
- December 24 – Program at Maihla
Goals and Community Engagement
Chandel highlighted that these initiatives aim to promote citizen-centric governance by effectively tackling local challenges. She encouraged community members to attend in large numbers, emphasizing that comprehensive information regarding government schemes, policies, and ongoing projects will be provided during these events.
