Today marked the vibrant celebration of Akshaya Tritiya and Shri Parshuram Jayanti at the Parshuram Bhavan, Vinay Gali, Nurpur. The event began with the ceremonial lighting of a lamp and the invocation of Lord Parshuram, led by Chief Guest Arun Sharma, Sub-Divisional Officer of Nurpur, alongside Special Guest Dinanath Panjolia. Dignitaries were honored with traditional shawls and mementos, presented by Inder Pal Sharma, President of the Sabha, and other executive members.


A significant moment of the day was the Yajnopavit (sacred thread) ceremony for the youth, which aimed to promote values, culture, and tradition among the younger generation. This initiative sought to instill discipline, civility, and a sense of cultural pride.


During his speech, the Chief Guest highlighted the necessity of social upliftment and encouraged attendees to embody the principles of Lord Parshuram. The ceremony also recognized distinguished individuals and meritorious students for their achievements.
