The Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony at Government College Bharmour was held with immense enthusiasm and respect. The event was graced by students, faculty, and esteemed guests, enhancing its significance.


The ceremony began with the lighting of a ceremonial lamp in honor of Goddess Saraswati, performed by Chief Guest Dr. Manish Verma along with other dignitaries, followed by a heartfelt Saraswati Vandana.


During his speech, Dr. Verma stressed the vital role of education, encouraging students to pursue their paths with discipline and determination. He noted that such gatherings foster confidence and inspire students to reach their aspirations.


Principal Dr. Hemant Pal, who presided over the event, urged students to embrace hard work, positive thinking, and discipline, asserting that education serves as a powerful tool for personal growth and societal advancement.


The annual report revealed impressive academic performance for the 2024–25 session:



  • First Year: 68 out of 94 students passed (72.34%)

  • Second Year: 62 out of 74 students passed (83.78%)

  • Third Year: 59 out of 62 students passed (95.16%)


Currently, the college has an enrollment of 206 students, with approximately 66% being female. For the upcoming 2025–26 session, the enrollment figures include 81 first-year students, 77 second-year students, and 48 third-year students.


Students who excelled in academics, cultural events, sports, and other areas were recognized by the Chief Guest and Principal. The ceremony concluded with gratitude expressed towards the college community and a formal vote of thanks to all attendees.
