The gathering included representatives from various sectors, such as government departments, NGOs, community groups, members of the Swachhata Committee, educational institutions, local media, waste management contractors, and Safai Mitras, all of whom were recognized for their invaluable contributions. The celebration featured lively cultural performances, including a musical act by Pratham Ghai and Vishal Hans, along with a cleanliness-themed dance by students from Dalhousie Hilltop School, effectively conveying the importance of hygiene and community responsibility.

A notable aspect of the event was the provision of essential safety and welfare kits to 30 Safai Mitras, which included uniforms, raincoats, safety shoes, gloves, first aid kits, and ration supplies. This initiative aimed to enhance their dignity and safety while they carry out their daily tasks.
