Flag Hoisting Ceremony Marks 80th Independence Day

On the occasion of the 80th Independence Day, a dignified ceremony was held at the headquarters of the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board. During this event, Secretary Member Mr. Kapil Chandrawal hoisted the national flag and extended Independence Day greetings to officials and staff, reaffirming their collective commitment to environmental protection and pollution control.

In his address following the flag hoisting, Mr. Chandrawal emphasized that the true essence of freedom can only be realized when every citizen actively participates in preserving clean air, pure water, and a green environment. He stated that safeguarding the environment is not solely the responsibility of government bodies but a moral obligation for every individual.

Message from the Pollution Control Board to Citizens:

“This Independence Day, let us pledge to be free from pollution. Minimize plastic use, adopt waste segregation, protect water sources from contamination, engage in tree planting, and adhere to environmental regulations to contribute to a clean, healthy, and developed Rajasthan.”
