The auditorium of Government College Dharamshala was filled with joy as the Shining Star Awards Kangra 4.0 took place, recognizing the achievements of 600 outstanding students from Classes 10 and 12 who received medals and certificates for their hard work.


The event featured HP Board Chairman Dr. Rajesh Sharma as the Chief Guest, who personally honored the students. The ceremony was further enhanced by the presence of renowned playback singer Poonam Bhardwaj, who inspired the young achievers, alongside popular influencer Ankit Binny, who motivated attendees with his encouraging words.


In a significant announcement, Sudesh Chandel, Managing Director of Minerva Study Circle, revealed that selected students would have the unique opportunity to visit ISRO for an educational tour, allowing them to explore India's leading space research facilities.

The awards ceremony also marked the introduction of HIM QUEST 2026, the largest Talent Hunt Exam in Himachal Pradesh. Set for September 27, 2026, this offline exam will cater to students from Classes 8 to 12 (Science stream). Winners will be awarded 100% scholarships and prizes totaling nearly ₹1.5 crore, along with the esteemed chance to visit ISRO.


During the launch, Dr. Rajesh Sharma highlighted the necessity of fostering talent in Himachal Pradesh, while Minerva Study Circle reiterated its dedication to providing students with exceptional opportunities.
