In a remarkable event held at Jyoti Palace, Nurpur, nearly 500 exceptional students from Class X and XII, who achieved scores of 85% and above in their board exams, were honored.

The awardees, hailing from both government and private schools, were joined by their proud parents and educators. The awards were presented by Hon’ble MLA Nurpur, Sh. Ranbir Singh Nikka ji, who praised the students for their dedication and academic success.

This initiative received support from Minerva Study Circle, Ghumarwain and Dharamshala, along with partners such as HIET Group of Institutions, P3Y, Dronacharya, and Digiperform.

During the event, Digiperform's Managing Director, Sunny Sharma, addressed the students, highlighting the increasing importance of Artificial Intelligence in education. He stated that AI should complement human intelligence, serving as a valuable resource for enhancing learning, creativity, and problem-solving skills. "The future is for those who wisely and responsibly adapt to technology. Education must evolve to equip students for the digital age," he remarked, encouraging the youth to embrace innovation while maintaining their core values.

Sunny Sharma also expressed gratitude to the media outlet for initiating the Shining Star Awards, aimed at recognizing and uplifting young achievers throughout Himachal Pradesh.

The Shining Star Awards 4.0, envisioned by a leading digital news platform in Himachal Pradesh, transcends a mere award ceremony; it represents a commitment to honor perseverance, diligence, and academic excellence among the youth, while promoting overall student well-being.

Building on the success of previous editions in 2023, 2024, and 2025, the awards have already made a significant impact in Palampur, Dharamshala, Chamba, and now Nurpur. The Shining Star Awards 4.0 will soon extend its reach to additional districts in Himachal Pradesh, continuing its mission of recognition and encouragement.
