During a condolence meeting in Muzaffarnagar, he made it clear that he remains with the Bharatiya Janata Party and has no plans to leave.

Responding to the speculation about joining the Samajwadi Party, Brij Bhushan Singh used a poetic expression, stating, 'People will say something; it’s their job to talk.' He highlighted his family's political influence, mentioning that one of his sons is an MP, another is an MLA, and his wife has also served as an MP. Having been elected as an MP six times, he firmly stated that the reports of him switching parties are merely rumors.

When questioned about the serious allegations made by wrestler and Congress MLA Vinesh Phogat, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh chose to remain completely aloof. He declined to comment on this sensitive issue and avoided answering the questions.
