It is noteworthy that the divine figure Bab was born in Shiraz, Iran, on October 20, 1819, and was martyred at the young age of 31 on July 9, 1850. Today, Bab's shrine is located on Mount Carmel in Haifa, Israel, serving as a sacred site for Bahá'ís.
