BJP's Response to Controversial Comments

New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has declared plans for a nationwide protest on Monday in response to remarks made by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, which they deemed "indecent and offensive" towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The controversy erupted when Kharge made a statement, "Modi ka baap bhi jayega," during an event in Delhi commemorating the birth anniversary of Shrikrishna Singh, Bihar's first chief minister. This comment was made in reaction to an audience member's assertion that the Prime Minister would remain in power.

In a statement, the BJP announced, "To protest the disrespectful and offensive comments made by the Congress national president in Patna regarding the late father of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP will organize significant demonstrations at all state headquarters across the nation tomorrow (Monday)."
