Nishikant Dubey's Strong Remarks

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has launched a fierce attack on Raj Thackeray, the leader of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), and his cousin Uddhav Thackeray, the head of Shiv Sena (UBT), in response to recent violent incidents targeting Hindi-speaking individuals in Maharashtra. He challenged them to attempt similar actions in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, or Tamil Nadu, emphasizing that they would face severe consequences. Referring to the assaults on North Indians working in Maharashtra, Dubey stated, 'Come to Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, or Tamil Nadu. People will retaliate against you.'

In a conversation with a news media outlet, Dubey remarked, 'You are living off our resources. What industries do you possess? If you are bold enough to attack Hindi speakers, then you should also confront those who speak Urdu, Tamil, and Telugu. If you consider yourselves powerful, come out of Maharashtra and visit Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, or Tamil Nadu – you will be dealt with severely.' He expressed respect for all Marathi people who fought for India's independence.

Dubey pointed out that the upcoming BMC elections are prompting Raj and Uddhav to engage in cheap politics. He challenged them to go to Mahim and confront any Hindi or Urdu speakers in front of the Mahim Dargah. Recently, several videos surfaced on social media showing MNS activists attacking North Indian laborers and vendors who struggled to communicate in Marathi. These incidents occurred shortly after the Devendra Fadnavis government withdrew the three-language policy, which was met with strong opposition from Raj and Uddhav Thackeray, who labeled it as 'imposing Hindi.'
