Allegations Against West Bengal Chief Minister

On Wednesday, BJP MP Sanjay Jaiswal launched a fierce attack on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, labeling her as the "biggest coal smuggler" and accusing her of abusing her position. Jaiswal referenced her handling of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) investigation, asserting that her actions clearly indicate her involvement in coal smuggling. He stated, "Her scams are coming to light. Her behavior with the ED shows that Mamata Banerjee is indeed the biggest coal smuggler. This is why she fled with computer hard disks and documents while misusing her office as Chief Minister. The ED has taken this matter to the Supreme Court, and action should definitely be taken against her."

Concerns Over Border Security

Jaiswal further expressed concerns regarding the Bangladesh border, stating that if any Bangladeshi is found crossing into India, the Border Security Force (BSF) should intervene. He criticized Banerjee for relying on Bangladeshi and Rohingya minorities instead of the Bengali population of India during elections. He believes that if the votes of these groups are affected, it could harm her voter base, which is why she is worried.

Comments on Political Statements

In reference to Mani Shankar Aiyar's statement suggesting that India should immediately cease Operation Sindoor, Jaiswal remarked that Aiyar has consistently acted against India's interests. He emphasized that the decision to end Operation Sindoor should rest solely with the country and its military, and that such matters should not involve external interference.

Praise for Bihar Chief Minister

Additionally, Jaiswal commended Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for his upcoming development tour in the West Champaran district.
