Amit Malviya Responds to Opposition Criticism
BJP's IT department head, Amit Malviya, strongly condemned the opposition's attempt to connect the assassination of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's upcoming visit to Israel. He described this perspective as overtly biased. Citing an Axios article, Malviya asserted that the U.S. and Israel had already planned the attack prior to Modi's scheduled visit on February 25 and 26. He accused the opposition of launching baseless attacks against the Prime Minister.

In a social media post, Malviya expressed pity for the opposition and leftist factions, including certain media outlets, for their biased actions. He noted that just yesterday, they were vocally accusing the so-called Israel-U.S. alliance of attacking Iran with Modi's support, linking it to his visit. He claimed this was done deliberately and with malice. He further mentioned that new revelations indicate that the operation was planned for February 23, just two days before the Prime Minister's scheduled arrival in Israel, rendering their conspiracy theory invalid.
Malviya took a jab at the opposition, stating that given their level of 'strategic depth and intellectual honesty,' they have a long way to go. He remarked that the opposition operates more on reaction than reason. The opposition that Modi faces is so superficial and immature that their arguments collapse under basic scrutiny. Much of their political failure is entirely self-inflicted.

In his post, Malviya stated that the leftist ideology has become synonymous with sharp rhetoric, groupthink, and irrational statements. Despite being in power for decades, some still consider governance their birthright. Given their level of strategic insight and intellectual honesty, they should be prepared to remain in opposition for a long time. This statement follows Congress Parliamentary Party President Sonia Gandhi's criticism of Modi's government for remaining silent on Khamenei's 'targeted assassination.'
