During a press conference in Dalhousie today, officials and party members from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) declared their intention to pursue strict disciplinary measures against those participating in anti-party actions ahead of the Municipal Council elections.

Representatives from the party disclosed that they are forwarding the names of six individuals to both state and central leadership. These members are accused of supporting candidates who oppose the BJP's officially endorsed selections and allegedly collaborating with the Congress party to undermine the BJP's electoral chances.

The briefing highlighted that these individuals have repeatedly engaged in activities that defy organizational norms, exhibit indiscipline, and campaign against BJP candidates, which contradicts the party's core values and standards. A call has been made for their suspension or expulsion from primary membership, alongside other stringent actions.

Party leaders stressed that the BJP is a disciplined organization that will not accept anti-party behavior at any level. They reiterated the importance of prioritizing party interests and urged leadership to act promptly against such individuals to convey a strong message of accountability and discipline.
