Authorities have made a startling discovery regarding the murder of Ramashish Bind. The police apprehended Gudiya's husband, Kunj Bihari Bind, on murder charges. He was subsequently presented in court and remanded to Bhabua jail. Allegations surfaced that Ramashish had been pressuring Gudiya for an illicit relationship, which ultimately led to the tragic event.
According to police station in-charge Ruby Kumari, investigators retrieved call records from Ramashish's mobile phone found at the crime scene. A call made around 5 am became a crucial piece of evidence. During questioning, Gudiya revealed that she was involved with another man, and upon learning this, her father-in-law began demanding an inappropriate relationship. Despite her objections, he persisted, leading Gudiya to confide in her mother-in-law and sister-in-law, who instead blamed her.
After spending Holi at her maternal home, Gudiya's father-in-law continued to pressure her for a meeting. Eventually, she devised a plan to murder him. On Tuesday at 3 PM, she returned to Mukhrao, and later that evening, her father-in-law picked her up and took her to a secluded area near a river. During this encounter, he assaulted her, and in a moment of opportunity, Gudiya killed him. She then returned home, changed her clothes, and pretended to mourn his death. However, police suspect that others may have been involved in the crime, and the investigation is ongoing.
