Bhubaneswar: In a bid to enhance public transportation, the Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) undertook a field assessment on Saturday morning to analyze the performance of the city's bus services.


The managing director of CRUT, N Thirumala Naik, along with general manager Sanjay Kumar Biswal, traveled on an Ama Bus along a typical commuter route.


This visit aimed to gather direct insights into the daily experiences of passengers. Throughout the journey, the officials engaged with commuters to collect their feedback and address any concerns.
