Bhadrak District Shines as Odisha's Top Performer in Revenue Administration

Bhadrak District Achieves Excellence in Revenue Management
Bhadrak/Bhubaneswar: The Bhadrak district has secured the top position among all 30 districts in Odisha, recognized for its outstanding performance in revenue administration. This achievement was celebrated with the presentation of a Certificate of Excellence during the Revenue Officers’ Conference-cum-Workshop, which took place on June 4 and 5 at the Lok Seva Bhawan Convention Centre in Bhubaneswar.
This inaugural two-day event was organized by the Revenue and Disaster Management department.
Attendees included essential field officials such as tehsildars, sub-collectors, and additional district magistrates (revenue) from various regions of the state.
The event was inaugurated by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, who was accompanied by Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari and Additional Chief Secretary Deoranjan Kumar Singh.
During his speech, Majhi highlighted the vital function of revenue officers in providing public services and enforcing the Odisha Right to Public Services Act. He praised their dedication to enhancing grassroots governance and ensuring prompt service delivery.
