Berhampur University Partners with National Library for Collaborative Research
New Collaboration to Enhance Academic Research
Berhampur: On Monday, Berhampur University, which is managed by the Odisha government, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Library in Kolkata. This partnership aims to foster collaborative research in various fields of shared interest.
The agreement was formalized by Sachidanand Nayak, the university's registrar, and Partha Sarathi Das from the National Library, as reported by officials.
The MoU's goals include enhancing collaborative research efforts, engaging academically with the National Library's unique special collections, and developing short-term academic and training initiatives.
Additionally, the agreement outlines plans for conducting academic seminars, workshops, and joint training sessions.
This collaboration is set to last for a period of five years, according to the officials.
