Allegations of Gang Rape in Bengaluru

A disturbing case has emerged from Bengaluru, Karnataka, where a female student has reportedly been gang-raped by her teachers and a friend. The police have taken all three suspects into custody.


Reports indicate that the victim was subjected to blackmail and sexual assault on several occasions by the accused, identified as Narendra, Sandeep, and their associate Anoop.


According to the police report, Narendra, who teaches physics, initially gained the victim's trust by assisting her with study materials. He then lured her to Anoop's residence, where he allegedly assaulted her, threatening her with severe repercussions if she disclosed the incident.


Subsequently, Sandeep, a biology instructor, reportedly coerced the victim by threatening to release compromising photographs of her with Narendra unless she complied with his demands. He is also accused of assaulting her at Anoop's home.


The victim's parents sought help from the State Commission for Women, leading to the registration of a case at the Marathahalli police station.
