Bengaluru, Nov 6: A horrifying incident has emerged from Bengaluru, where Indushekar is accused of murdering seven relatives of his wife. In a shocking twist, a 10-year-old boy managed to escape death after being taken by his uncle, who transported the bodies of his parents concealed in gunny bags.

The boy was unaware of the tragic fate that had befallen his parents and traveled with Indushekar, who had sinister intentions to eliminate him as well.

Authorities revealed that the child is the son of Shankar and Nalini, who were among the last victims of Indushekar and his underage daughter. The accused allegedly kept the boy alive temporarily to maintain the facade that the family was still intact, asking him to respond to calls and send messages to relatives.

During their journey, the boy inquired about the unpleasant odor emanating from the vehicle and the bags. Indushekar deceitfully claimed that the bags contained trash. He disposed of the bodies in the Shiradi Ghat area while the boy was asleep and returned to Bengaluru with him.

Meanwhile, a missing-person report had been filed at the Srirampura police station. Authorities tracked the mobile phones of the missing individuals, which were consistently showing the same location as Indushekar's phone. They were waiting for his return. Upon reaching Halasuru, police intercepted his vehicle and arrested him.

Upon his arrest, a foul odor was detected from the car, and police recovered the victims' mobile phones, which were found together in a cover. During questioning, Indushekar reportedly confessed to the murders of seven individuals. He had intended to kill the 10-year-old boy upon returning home but was apprehended before he could carry out this plan. He also had intentions to murder another individual.

According to police reports, Indushekar first killed his 40-year-old wife Sunitha, followed by his 65-year-old mother-in-law Roopavathi. He then murdered his 30-year-old brother-in-law Shivakumar, his wife Divya, and their seven-year-old son Puneeth. The last victims were his other brother-in-law, 40-year-old Shankar, and Shankar's wife Nalini, with only their 10-year-old son surviving.

Investigators indicated that Indushekar had allegedly involved his minor daughter in the murders, treating her as a co-conspirator in the crime.

Reports suggest that the accused purchased approximately 15 plastic gunny bags to transport the bodies. The victims were attacked while they were either seated or asleep, with a grinding stone used to incapacitate them before further assaults ensured their demise.

After each murder, Indushekar allegedly cleaned the grinding stone and the residence with chemicals to eliminate blood traces. Although initial investigations struggled to find evidence, forensic analysis later revealed blood splatters throughout the house, including the living room, bedrooms, and kitchen.

Preliminary investigations indicate that Indushekar took two to three days to meticulously plan and execute each murder. The police continue to investigate the timeline of the killings, the involvement of the minor daughter, and the accused's alleged future murder plans.
