Arson Incident in Bengaluru

A disturbing event unfolded in the Vivek Nagar area of Bengaluru, where a 45-year-old man reportedly set fire to his relative's home due to a financial disagreement. Fortunately, authorities confirmed that there were no injuries resulting from the blaze.

The individual accused of this act has been named Subramani. A formal complaint was lodged by Sathish, who indicated that the incident occurred on July 1.

Reports indicate that Sathish resided with his three brothers and their mother, Venkataramani, in a three-story building. A financial arrangement had been made where Parvati, the daughter of one of Sathish's brothers, borrowed ₹5 lakh from Venkataramani.

When Venkataramani requested the repayment of the loan, Parvati allegedly issued threats to both Sathish and Venkataramani, warning them against pursuing the matter further.

On June 30, Sathish and his brother attempted to resolve the issue amicably by visiting Parvati's home. However, the following morning, Venkataramani contacted Sathish to inform him that the ground floor of their residence had been set ablaze, resulting in significant damage.

The police have initiated an investigation into this alarming incident.
