He now has the opportunity to make an impact when he takes the field for the first Test against Bangladesh, starting on May 8, Friday. Although Shan Masood will lead the team, Babar will be a crucial member. Currently, he does not hold any captaincy in the Pakistan team, but this Test series will be pivotal in determining the trajectory of his career.
