In a notable initiative to enhance spice farming in Himachal Pradesh, the Horticulture Department organized a one-day awareness camp in Bharmour, partnering with the Department of Seed Science and Technology from Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni (Solan).



The event attracted 90 farmers who were keen to learn about modern agricultural techniques for spice cultivation. Experts from both collaborating departments provided valuable insights into innovative practices designed to improve productivity, sustainability, and market potential.
