Ashley St. Clair Reveals Elon Musk's Offer to Keep Quiet About Their Relationship
Ashley St. Clair's Revelations
Ashley St. Clair has shared her experience regarding an alleged substantial offer from Elon Musk's team to maintain silence about their relationship. The 27-year-old claims to have given birth to Musk's 13th child and discussed this during a podcast episode of "The Don Lemon Show" on June 16. St. Clair detailed how the offer evolved, starting modestly and escalating into a long-term financial arrangement.
Details of the Offer
According to St. Clair, the initial communication involved Musk instructing his wealth manager, Jared Birchall, to transfer $15 million for a residence and reserve additional funds. Initially, there were no stipulations attached to this offer. However, a few days later, Birchall contacted her for a lengthy discussion, during which the need for a nondisclosure agreement was introduced, as reported by Page Six. Eventually, the proposal expanded to include $15 million upfront and $100,000 monthly for 20 years, contingent upon her maintaining privacy regarding their relationship. St. Clair claims the terms extended beyond mere confidentiality about their relationship, stating, "I was never to disparage Elon. I was never to speak about anything, including his employees, his affiliates, nothing."
Reasons for Declining the Offer
St. Clair, who has another child from a previous relationship, ultimately decided against signing the agreement. She emphasized that her choice was based on what she believed was best for her children rather than financial gain. "[I was] making the moral decision," she stated, according to Page Six. She even expressed to Birchall that she would prefer living in a small apartment with her children over accepting the NDA's conditions. In February 2025, she publicly claimed that Musk is the father of her five-month-old son, Romulus. Shortly after, Musk confirmed the birth of his 14th child with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.
Rapid Deterioration of Their Relationship
St. Clair mentioned that she has not had any communication with Musk since turning down the NDA. She previously shared on TikTok that their relationship began to deteriorate almost immediately after she became pregnant. "As soon as I'm pregnant, this is when things start getting weird," she recounted, noting that the information Musk had previously shared with her began to contradict itself. The situation has also led to legal threats, with Musk reportedly indicating in January his intention to pursue full custody of their son, a move he linked to St. Clair's public support for trans issues concerning children.
