Arvind Kejriwal Declines to Appear in Excise Case, Embraces Satyagraha
In a significant move, Arvind Kejriwal, the Aam Aadmi Party leader, has decided not to appear in the excise case before the Delhi High Court. Citing a loss of faith in the justice system, he has chosen to follow the principles of Satyagraha, inspired by Mahatma Gandhi. Kejriwal's decision reflects a deep personal conviction, and he has indicated his intention to appeal to the Supreme Court against the ruling of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma. This bold stance raises questions about the ongoing legal battles faced by political leaders in India.
