He emphasized that Verstappen's character off the track is as remarkable as his achievements on it, stating, "Despite his success, Max has remained humble and generous with his time, which I find truly impressive."

At just 18 years and seven months, Lindblad will become the fourth-youngest driver in F1 history when he debuts for Racing Bulls at the 2026 Australian Grand Prix. As he prepares for this new chapter, he looks up to Verstappen for guidance. Lindblad noted the similarities between their career paths, particularly Verstappen's early entry into Formula 1. He remarked, "If I need advice, it would definitely be from Max, given his experience and the way he handled his transition into F1."

As the 2026 Formula 1 season approaches, Lindblad is focused on his preparations amidst discussions about new regulations. He stated, "There's been a lot of media talk, but I'm not letting it distract me. I'm concentrating on understanding the new rules with my team to maximize our performance."

Lindblad also credited the Red Bull Junior Programme for shaping his racing career. He joined the program at the age of 13, which he considers a pivotal moment. "Being signed to the Red Bull Junior Programme was incredibly special for me. Their support has been crucial in my rapid progression through the ranks and ultimately reaching Formula One," he explained.
